In order to support the fellows best, we have developed a monitoring mechanism that will generate regular reports on their progress.

We require each fellow to write a quarterly report on their progress, and the Foundation prepares a monthly report to track all our fellowship activities. The Samaanta team relies on these reports to deal with various issues as well as plan for the future directions of the organization. We also gather different level of information from regular monthly  meeting with fellows.
