Pramila Rana Magar
My name is Pramila Rana Magar. I was born in Sindhupalchowk district and grew up in a small village named, Vandada. I have 9 members in my family and I passed my SEE from Shree Jana Jagriti Secondary School.
After my SEE, I came to Kathmandu to take classes on English Language and Computer. Then, I heared about Samaanta Foundation from Teach for Nepal Teachers. I thought it can be a very good opportunity for me and decided to apply for the fellowship.
At the beginning, I was very nervous and wasn’t confident enough to express my feelings. I even thought that not knowing perfect english can be a very big problem for me. But, while interacting with staff members and other fellows at Samaanta, I realized that everybody have their own challenges in life and for everyone there is always scope for improvement. Then, I started learning more, exploring my potential, started interacting with people. I feel more confident and determined now.
Currently I’m studying +2 in Management at VS Niketan College.
