Bina Sherpa (Bachelors in Business Studies)

Third Cohort

Bina impressed us greatly with her confidence right from the selection process. Now, as a 2015 Women LEAD leader, the first and only professional and leadership development organization for young women in Nepal, Bina has become even more confident and much more able articulate her opinions.

Bina comes from a family of modest means. Her family lives in accommodation provided by Bageswori Primary School, Lalitpur, where her mother works as an office helper. Bina’s father works as a daily wage laborer in the construction business. She has an older brother who left college to go to the Gulf and an older sister who works at a nearby factory packing biscuits.

After successfully completing her +2 studies in Management form Pentagon College, she now is pursuing her Bachelors’ in Business Studies.
