The Fellows of 𝐒𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐚 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 organized an orientation program to officially welcome 𝟏𝟕 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐅𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐬 of the 𝟏𝟑𝐭𝐡 𝐂𝐨𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐭 on 12𝘵𝘩 𝘑𝘶𝘭𝘺, 𝘚𝘢𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘥𝘢𝘺. During the program, we introduced the new Fellows and their families to the history, mission, values, and purpose of the Fellowship. We also shared details about the comprehensive nature of the support these Fellows could expect from the Foundation.
𝐖𝐞 𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐚 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐟𝐞𝐥𝐭 𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐰𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐚 𝐅𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲.
Because of a slight change in circumstances, our revised cohort size is 17, with the selected Fellows coming from Jajarkot, Sindhupalchowk, Rolpa, Dang, Tanahu, Solukhumbu, Chitwan, Lamjung, Parsa, and Parbat districts.
Samaanta’s total Fellowship count has reached 𝟏𝟐𝟏, with 𝟓𝟗 Fellows currently benefiting from up to seven years of ongoing, residential support for their higher education endeavours.
We look forward to witnessing the remarkable journey that they are set to undertake.
